Part V: Investigation Breakthrough
A. Role of the Colleague (Vivek)
Vivek forwarded the victim's drafts to the legal desk, which had active links to Patil Realty's counsel. CCTV shows him near a white sedan tied to Patil's office. He received an unexplained deposit 48 hours before the murder.
B. Builder's Coordination
Upon learning Rhea possessed critical evidence, Patil contacted Wagh (20:21 hrs). Patil Realty's 17:30 vendor batch payment suggests operational funding.
C. Wagh's Directive
As intermediary for the Minister's office, Wagh instructed Kite to neutralize the threat.
D. Method of Execution
Kite lured Rhea to the terrace, entered using a duplicate key, and applied monocrotophos to kettle spout, sponge, and sink strainer. The victim ingested poison through tea.
